Slow, Steady Steps To Success

I have a contact form on my website and quite often the initial requests I’m sent by people wanting to improve their communication skills will contain phrases like:

🙁I am struggling with…
☹️I will never be able to…
🙁I don’t think I can…

Well, the good news is that with my coaching I break it down for you into small, manageable tasks that provide building blocks for immediate improvement.

Here’s what I do:

1. Gather the data around your voice – your strengths and vocal challenges.

2. Record simple tasks to hone in on your voice so I can tailor my coaching for you.

3. Record your work-based PowerPoint, pitch or speech to provide real-time context on how you sound in the workplace.

Record, playback and analyse, again and again and again.

Much like climbing a huge staircase. At first somewhat daunting, then bit by bit, less so.

In this picture at Kyoto station, I see myself as the cleaner behind me, slowly and methodically clearing the path for your communication success.

How’s that for a cheesy cliche!
