It’s All in the Eyes
One task I always do on a webinar is to get participants to look directly into their computer camera. I ask them where they typically look when they open meetings.
The impact is immediate – twelve pairs of eyes looking directly at me.
Where do you look when you open a meeting? At the screen or at the camera?
