I love a challenge, so it was a big YES from me, to accept a request to prepare a select group at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking for a pitch to their Executive Committee.

As a culmination of this Action Learning Project, they need to get a buy-in from the EC. So, it’s not just about delivering information, it’s about persuading and influencing a committee of decision makers.

So, that’s where I come in, to focus on delivery and impact, to engage with the voice and command the boardroom with presence. They got from me:

1. Learning input
2. Focused practice
3. Peer and group feedback

So great to watch a dedicated group of executives, go all out to practice, practice, practice.

Having seen you all in action, I have no doubt you’re going to nail it!
