LGBT+ Mentoring Programme

David was delighted to offer coaching on the LGBT+ Mentoring Programme because it “aims to increase the number of LGBT+ professionals in the leadership pipeline… in order to influence policy and decision-making across industry sectors”. These sort of initiatives that foster change from the ground up, create win-win situations for the organization and the individual.

David ran a session for the Community Business 2022 cohort, giving some key takeaways around communicating with impact and authority, and was delighted to have received so many messages post-session from participants:
