I was thrilled to have been invited to run my flagship communication skills Blended Learning Program to the legal team at Eyad Reda Law Firm LLP in Saudi Arabia.

The group was rich and varied with partners, legal specialists, litigators, project managers, legal counsel, associates…  in short, a wonderfully diverse group of legal professionals.

But we all had one aim in mind – to master the fundamentals of being a great speaker, to be able to engage audiences and make an impact whether in English or Arabic.

The 1-1 follow ups, allowed for a deeper dive into exploring what it means to communicate with confidence.

And of course, my favourite part – recording the voice and analysing the vocal nuances. Always a game changer.

Judging by the noise in the room at the workshop, and the willingness to receive feedback at the 1-1 sessions, I’d say the program was a great success.

My heartfelt thanks to all the attendees for being so engaging.

And to Eyad Reda for recognizing the importance of investing in soft skills training to enhance confidence and impact for his legal team.
