I’m always happy to be part of any initiative focusing on Gender Diversity. The BNP Paribas ‘MixCity’ co-development and mentor program, is an employee network across the region, promoting all aspects of gender diversity in the workplace. So I was delighted to be asked to collaborate with the team.
I’m pretty awed by people who take on these roles over and above their already busy jobs – walking the talk and leading by example. Kudos to you all.
