In Awe At Amazon
When it comes to listening and learning from thought leaders, I’m like a sponge.
I was really stoked that I got to meet up with Shun Kaneko at the fab new Amazon Web Services (AWS) offices in Singapore. We went way over time, as I couldn’t stop asking questions.
As a Senior Leadership Development Partner and founder of Leadership Design Lab Asia, I was gob-smacked by the sheer number of leaders he works with regionally (1,500) and his direct impact on their regional employees (5,000).
But, as part of the biggest team at Amazon focusing on leadership development, his reach actually spans 54,000 leaders globally.
Blimey, no wonder I couldn’t stop asking questions. I could’ve chatted all day.
