When I run my communication skills workshops I cover ALOT of voice and presence skills.

They are a slow and steady stream of exercises, tips, techniques, research, review and feedback.

So, it’s no surprise that people won’t remember everything.

But that’s fine, because every person will take away the one or two things that made the most impact during the training.

But, couple that with 2-1 follow up sessions that embed the learning, and stuff really will stick.
