I hit the ground running – 5am arrival in Dubai, 10am leading a 2-hour workshop on Gravitas. You gotta love UAE efficiency!
I was delighted to collaborate with the ACC Middle East and North Africa Association of Corporate Counsel for an exclusive communication skills training session for Director, Regional, Senior and General Counsel.
It was great to have so many inquisitive questions around voice, gender and culture, exploring the nuances around impact and authority when communicating in a regional and global role.
Now, I’m off to the desert.
